Website Template Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using any template or related materials from this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

 

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

1. DEFINITIONS

“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Brand Peace Co, LLC.

“Customer,” “you,” or “user” refers to the purchaser or end user of any template or related materials.

“Template” refers to a Wix Studio website template, including its layout, design, structure, and included elements.

“Support Resources” refers to any additional materials provided alongside the template, including but not limited to the Launch Roadmap, Content Prep Guide, tutorials, prompts, and supporting documents.

“Transfer” refers to the process of sending the template to your Wix account via Wix’s transfer system.

2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

You are purchasing a digital product that includes a website template designed to be self implemented with the accompanying support resources.

This product includes:

  • The website template (design, layout, and structure)

  • Built-in strategic copy and content examples

  • Access to support resources, including the Launch Roadmap and related materials

All components are sold together as a single, bundled digital product.

Support resources are provided for guidance only and do not constitute custom services, implementation, or ongoing support.

Purchase does not include:

  • Custom design or customization

  • Done-for-you setup or implementation

  • Ongoing consulting, strategy, or support services

3. DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Templates are not delivered immediately upon purchase.

Delivery is initiated only after you submit the required Template Request Form, which is provided post-purchase.

  • Templates are transferred within 48 business hours of receiving a completed Template Request Form

  • Templates are delivered via Wix transfer and email invitation

  • You are responsible for providing accurate account information

The template will only be transferred to the account email provided in the Template Request Form.

You must accept the transfer within 3 days of receiving the Wix invitation.

If the transfer is not accepted within this window:

  • access may expire

  • you must submit a support request to reinitiate transfer to the originally confirmed account email to re-initiate transfer

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete forms, incorrect information, or failure to accept the transfer.

4. WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

You will receive the template as it appears in the live demo environment.

This includes:

  • Page layouts and structure

  • Design styling, spacing, and formatting

  • Fonts used in the demo design

  • Pre-selected imagery and visual assets

  • Strategic example copy and content

Templates are delivered as complete design frameworks intended for your customization and use.

5. DESIGN ASSETS & DEMO CONTENT

Templates are provided as shown in the demo.

This includes fonts and imagery sourced from free, commercially available platforms.​

However:

  • These assets are not owned or exclusively licensed to you

  • Use of all third-party assets is subject to their original licensing terms

  • We are not responsible for misuse, redistribution, or licensing violations

We recommend reviewing the terms of any third-party assets before extended use.

6. WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED

Your purchase does not include:

  • Custom design or customization

  • Content writing or copywriting

  • SEO implementation

  • Branding strategy or consulting

  • Tech setup (domains, email, integrations, payments, etc.)

  • Migration of existing websites

  • Ongoing maintenance or support

  • Third-party integrations or software setup

Templates do not modify or extend Wix’s native functionality.

7. SUPPORT POLICY

Support is time-bound and structured.

For 30 days following purchase, you will receive:

  • Priority support through the designated Template Support Form

  • Response time of 24–48 business hours

Support is limited to:

  • Template-specific questions

  • Guidance on using the template as designed

Support does not include:

  • Custom design or edits

  • Copywriting or messaging development

  • Business or marketing consulting

  • Wix platform troubleshooting beyond template scope

Additional support may be available at an additional fee.

Support Resources (Launch Roadmap, etc.) are also time-bound and structured. 

  • Access to Support Resources is granted for 30 days from purchase

  • Resources may be updated, modified, or removed at any time

  • Continued access is not guaranteed but may be requested and provided for an additional fee

Support Resources are not a service, coaching program, or ongoing deliverable.

8. LICENSE & USAGE

Each purchase grants a:

  • Non-exclusive, non-transferable license

  • For use on one website

  • For one business

  • Within one Wix account

This license applies to the entire digital product, including:

  • The website template

  • All included design elements

  • Copy prompts and placeholder content

  • Support Resources (including the Launch Roadmap and all related materials.

You may not:

  • Use the template or any included materials across multiple websites

  • Use the template or Support Resources for multiple businesses

  • Share, distribute, or provide access to the template or Support Resources to others

  • Use Support Resources for client work, training, or internal team use across multiple brands

  • Duplicate, resell, sublicense, or reproduce any part of the product

  • Claim the design or materials as your own

Templates and all included materials are licensed for single-business use only.

If you intend to:

  • Use the template for client projects

  • Use the template or Support Resources across multiple businesses

  • Transfer or install the template in multiple Wix accounts

You must contact us to obtain the appropriate commercial or extended-use license.

Unauthorized use beyond the scope of the standard license is a violation of these terms.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All templates, designs, layouts, materials, and support resources remain the intellectual property of Brand Peace Co, LLC.

Purchase grants a license to use—not ownership.

Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. AI & CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY

Templates may include prompts, examples, or workflows for generating content.

You are solely responsible for:

  • How you use any prompts or generated content

  • Ensuring accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your content

  • Compliance with any professional, legal, or ethical standards

We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated or suggested content.

11. PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER

Templates and Support Resources are provided for informational and design purposes only.

They do not constitute:

  • Legal advice

  • Medical advice

  • Clinical or therapeutic guidance

  • Regulatory or compliance advice

You are responsible for ensuring your website meets all requirements applicable to your industry.

12. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Income

  • Client acquisition

  • Website performance

  • Business outcomes

Results depend entirely on your implementation, business model, and external factors.

13. PLATFORM & COMPATIBILITY DISCLAIMER

Templates are built for use within Wix via their Wix Studio platform.

We are not responsible for:

  • Wix platform changes or updates

  • Third-party integrations or tools

  • Compatibility with future software updates

  • Browser or device inconsistencies

14. REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final

  • No full or partial refunds

  • No returns

  • No exchanges

To avoid any ambiguity, a template is considered used and non-refundable when any of the following occur:

  • You have accessed any part of the template or Support Resources

  • The Template Transfer Request Form has been submitted

  • The template has been transferred to the Wix account associated with the email provided in the Template Transfer Request Form

Partial use constitutes full use.

15. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect damages

  • Loss of business, income, or data

  • Website performance issues

  • Errors resulting from customization or misuse

Use of the template and support resources is at your own risk.

16. UPDATES & MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to:

  • Update or discontinue templates

  • Modify Support Resources

  • Change features, access, or availability

We are not obligated to provide updates or maintain past versions.

17. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing and using our products, you agree to all terms outlined in this policy.

If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the template.
